2. SLEEPWORKS handles scheduling and delivery:
SLEEPWORK receives the order, validates physician information and signature ,and enters patient into our scheduling system. SLEEPWORKS HST Patient Scheduling will contact the patient by phone to verify all insurance and demographic information and schedule shipment of a testing kit to be delivered to the patient’s home as soon as possible. SLEEPWORKS packages the HST equipment kit and ships it to the patient — typically the device ships on the same day of scheduling.
The patient successfully completes the test in their home and returns the device to SLEEPWORKS the next day.
3. SLEEPWORKS receives and processes test equipment:
Once SLEEPWORKS receives the equipment, the contents of the device are downloaded and processed. All returned patient forms are scanned into our ECLINICALWORKS system that same day.
4. SLEEPWORKS panel of board certified sleep physicians review and interpret test reports:
A test is typically interpreted within 24-48 HOURS of receipt. Sleepworks offers the ability to meet and discuss your test results with our Sleep physicians .Our physicians also offer expert recommendations based on sleep test results.
5. SLEEPWORKS distributes test results:
The final test report will be faxed automatically to the ordering physician,as well as dentist for followup.The test report is very easy to understand. The Apnea Hypopnea Index (AHI) and CPAP guidelines are clearly indicated on the front page of the report
